I use these calipers to help me measure and map out the eyebrow designs in my permanent make up business. I also use them in my student kits when I teach my permanent make up courses. They’re great because they are black, so they have a clean, professional look. They also slide easy, but still have a nice snug “fit†upon measuring. Others I have purchased in the past are hard to keep still once you have taken your measurement, and the little slide part moves, which gives you an inaccurate measurement! When it comes to eyebrows, every millimeter counts!

These are great little calipers to keep around the house and shop. These are not intended nor made for critical down to the thousandths or hundredths measurements but definitely get you in the ballpark. My wife even keeps one in her miscellaneous drawer in the kitchen. I got this 6 pack and gave one to each grandson during a weekend stay. It was fun explaining and showing them all of the ways that you can take measurements. For general measurements they are great.
