This is the first bench I've bought for myself, and it seems just a little cheap bench to use until it's time to graduate to a higher quality one. The company that made this is capable of making screws that fit where they're supposed to, they just choose not to for funsies. It's not very sturdy because of that, but they pads are comfortable and it's not difficult to put together. I'm about 5'8, 135 lbs and can lay on it no problem.

This bench is ok. I compared this to another brand and ended up getting this one instead but I kinda wish I would have purchased the other brand. It wasn't hard to assemble at all and it did have all the correct parts. I was a little disappointed that the paint is scratched off on one of the parts so I hope that doesn't rust or anything. Overall it is stable and seems to do a good job.

This was fairly easy to put together myself. It came in great condition. It is sturdy, but also light enough to move in a room. Great for a home gym.

This bench is built for females or very small framed women. The pads are so close together that I can’t even use them bicep curls let alone 1/2 of my male clients. The foot pads aren’t exactly easy to adjust to suit each person so you end up almost being in the right spot but never actually useful. If I still had the box I would want a refund because it’s not very useful for a man, I’m 5’8†and it’s a pain in the butt to use so beware.Quality feels okay but not good enough to bring up my rating.
