The arm and pad for the roman chair is not as strong as the rest of the bench. Lots of flex even when my wife uses it. Shes not very big person. Not sure how well that will hold up. Not strong as it should be. Others parts are ok. Not high quality. For the money not bad.Buyers remorse. Easy to assemble. I would pay more for a quality brand if it will see heavy use.

Super easy build & a solid workout weight bench. Excellent home gym addition!!Comes with all the tools needed to assemble. Parts are all separately bagged by step number, so there's no searching the box for pieces like we did with our Legos growing up. You simply open up the Step 1 parts bag and go to work! Assembly takes maybe 15 minutes tops. You can make it a little quicker using a 13mm and 17mm socket wrench. Otherwise, their included wrenches will get the build done!Thick, soft padding and flawless PU style leather covering. All stitching in tact. The rear sawtooth style bench adjustment operates smoothly. Sitting upright - Flat - Incline/Decline - this bench covers all those positions plus a couple more in-between. And at the end of the workout, it folds up super flat for tucked away closet or corner storage.Excellent addition to our home gym!!

Needed a basic bench for simple weight training activities and this one works well for our needs. I love that it is easily foldable so we can move it out of the way and store it in a closet when we have guest- great design for that. Also, while there are a lot of parts to the installation the installation instructions were great and made perfect sense.

Pros: This bench feels sturdy, folds, and declines/inclines. Most benches can’t accomplish all three. Cons: Unless you know what you are doing with multiple types of wrenches, this isn’t an easy assembly job. Once together, it’s fine, but the pieces aren’t particularly well labeled and if you just try to screw things together with either an Allen wrench or a regular wrench and not both, you’re going to struggle. The other major drawback for our family is that only two out of the four of us are comfortable on the bench - my 5’10 son and me (5’ 2â€). My 6’ 200 lb plus husband and other son just don’t fit. Overall, if you’re an average sized person looking for a pretty solid folding bench, this may be a good choice.
