After assembly, which is easy, I tried to use it. Second back extension, one of the pads broke in half. Not impressed. Sent the company an email, waiting to hear back.Company is quick to respond to email, and have already sent the replacement parts. Still not 5 stars because shouldn’t have broken in the first place.

It is impossible to tighten the front bottom brace because the holes are too big and there is an unsettling amount of play in in the chair.It is functional, but not a great piece of equipment. I will be attempting to strengthen/stabilize the wobbliness, but it is too bad the build was not a bit better.
