Very sturdy! It's entirely made of heavy metal, giving it a very durable feel. The assembly instructions is a bit confusing given the 10mm Allen wrench isn’t included, and the manual leaves out a step about removing a screw. It took me about an hour to put everything together. But once it's all put together, you can clearly see it's well worth both the effort and the price. Now I can train my lower back at home without spending so much at LA Fitness lol

The quality is definitely there, solid and heavy pieces. The only thing is that it was missing one washer so I had to find one that fit because I’m not sure how missing that would affect the machine over time. It was a little wobbly once all put together but that might be from human error.

This is listed with a 550 lb weight limit but the foot area comes off the floor whenever I use it for back extensions with weight. I weigh a little under 200 and use a 50 lb weight. Very disappointed.

The product is pretty straight forward to assemble. Took me about half an hour. Have been using it for the last few days and have to say it is much more than entry level quality. I'm 180lbs and this thing is really sturdy. Even comparable to the heavy duty commercial equipment at my local gym. The details are also good. The welding is good. The nuts come with nylon inserts. 10/10!

Ok Product. Not heavy enough to be able to use with a cable machine for low back extensions. It lifts of the ground. Needs to be heavy and sturdier to use with added weights, other than that it is fine for body weight.One thing to mention is that I am 5’9†and it is too short at it highest setting. It needs to extend another 4-6 inches to be comfortable and to do proper form. This will be ok for individuals maybe 5’6†and under.Ended up returning my item for these reasons

I bought this assuming that its higher weight capacity would come with a larger frame. I was wrong. Even at its longest adjustment it’s far too short for me (6’3).

Takes up way less space than I expected so that's a plus. I just wish it was a tad bit longer. If I were any taller I wouldn't be able to use it. I'm 5'6 other than that it's a great looking space saver that gets the job done!
