This equipment is a great addition to home GYM. It’s not super heavy yet sturdy and stable on flat surfaces and very ergonomic in design. It can be used for different workout styles that focuses on strengthening back muscles. The cushion is good and the handle grip fits well on hands. I like that it comes with all necessary hardware to assemble it and has clear instructions leaflet. It took me roughly 20 mins to set it up.
