Very sturdy, kind of hard to assemble if you know nothing about nuts and bolts and their types. Overall worth it.

This is so cheap. You cannot even mount this together the bolt holes do not align. The instructions are so vague. It doesn’t name the bolts, screws or pins. The materials are squished into the small box to begin with making some of the pieces distorted. Overall a garbage product don’t waste of money. We are returning because someone could get hurt using this it’s so cheap.

My Chiropractor recommended I get a Roman chair to bend and stretch my back on, I picked this one because it can be folded up so I can move it and take it when I go. It seemed to go together ok, but one of the holes ended up not completely line up so the bolt would not go in, I just went to the garage and found a smaller one that would fit. So far its holding up!

Bought this online hoping to tone my butt and hams. Was delivered quickly after order. Putting it together was painful - the instructions were not good, luckily my neighbor helped me out, we took about 45 minutes to figure things out. Some screws needed lots of force and wouldnt tighten easily. Though they had a toolbox with tools and screws, I had to use extra pliers to assemble.I did sample workout on it after assembling, felt the burn in the back. Hoping the device would last for a while. If it does, I would say that I got my money's worth.

+ Good value. Easy storage. More stable than I was expecting. Adjustment knob works well and is firm.- I am 6' and use the 3rd (1short/6tall) setting. If I do weighted hypers it will tip forward. Me plus 45# is 255. Under the weight rating and it tips. Have to pile 45# plates on the back. Leg pads are a wobbly joke.Will work until I can upgrade.This is an Amazon negative. I clearly got a return as there were multiple shipping labels and a lot of tape. Probably because of this there were no instructions. Not difficult to assemble without it.

Would have been a great product but assembly is a mess. Assembly instructions make no sense. Holes do not align and bolts and nuts are very hard to connect even with additional tools. Really just a headache and two parts couldn’t even be added because they just didn’t fit the bolts. Look for a different item.

Since (you know what) I have been building a hone gym. This is the final piece of equipment and my favorite. Very sturdy and effective. Very minor flaws, perfect for the price!!!

The hardware sent with the item doesn’t even fit the holes, It was missing washers. The removable peg that allows it to fold doesn’t even line up properly with the holes. If this was 50$ I would say sure but for 3 times that much such a waste of money. I have a lot of tools I’ll make alterations since I already have it but this is not a good purchase. Not sturdy design and the frame of mine is twisted and the dip bar handles get in the way of using it for back extensions.
