Purchased these stairs for my 14 yr old Chica, chihuahua. She loves them, the stairs are very sturdy and have the right amount of cushion for her joints. She can run up the stairs, no problem!! Best purchase for my furbaby, highly recommend and is super easy to put together, we did not use the sticky pads at all, didn't need them, the fabric stays in place just fine. We did let the stairs get their shape longer than the time stated. The 6 steps is the perfect height for our high bed and the gray color is perfect in our bedroom! Worth every penny!

Be patient. It fill outs nicely after a few days. Great quality. My 20 lb dogs use it a lot since the bed is tall. Perfect for a bed that’s 30-33 inches off the ground. Firm and sturdy. Easy to move. Zipper is good. Fits multiple ways against the bed depending on your room size.

Exceptionally quick delivery. Arrived well packaged. Immediately, I noticed that Photos on the promotional information are out of perspective and misleading, especially regarding “dog size vs ramp size.†The description includes information that these steps are made for “tall beds†and for use with “75lb dogsâ€. First of all, when the stairs, which are rolled up and vacuum packed are unsealed, unrolled, and allowed to expand for 48 hours as directed, there were separations in the foam at the transition from horizontal to the vertical surface of the risers on two of the treads. Even after 48 hours, the steps did not lie flat on the floor and had a curved contact surface with the floor. Immediately, it was evident the five tiered steps lacked the stability for a 75 lb. dog. This is complicated by a narrow width of only 15†, further compromising the stability of the steps/ramp, especially when loaded at, or near, the top tread. My bed is about 28†tall and the top of the mattress was about 5†above the fifth tread which proved to be a tripping hazard for the dog as he moved from the top tread to the bed. The top tread is far too narrow and small to provide any stability for a 75lb dog. Any movement while dog is on the top tread causes the steps to lean excessively to the side and create a “fall hazard†for the dog. The foam was not dense enough to provide a stable surface of the stairs anywhere above the first tread. The instructions said to reinforce the steps with the “several pads enclosedâ€. These pads turned out to be Velcro pads which are totally unsuitable for attaching to a carpeted floor or the finely finished surfaces of a hardwood bed frame. Finally, in trying to resolve the instability issues, I re-positioned the steps at the end of the bed and both sides. This also failed to remediate the stability and tripping hazards and since the steps did not fit flush with the sides of the bed, there were large gaps between the steps and the bed, providing yet another hazard added to the litany of problems that came with these five-tiered steps. I quickly took them out of service and returned them to Amazon, following my conclusion that the steps could not be safely used with my Dog.

I love these stairs and it works great for me because my dog is 3 pounds. You should know the stairs arrive vacuum packed. They say it takes about 48 hours to completely fluff, but it’s been a week and I still have a corner that just won’t fluff. It causes the stairs to not be stable on that particular side.

Assembly is surprisingly challenging for just shoving foam into a zip case. The stairs are not as tall as advertised and are therefore not useful to me. Impossible to get back into the box once expanded. Once it's all together, it has a tendency to tip over - there are sticky tabs provided but they are not practical. At 80 dollars, I sincerely regret my purchase.

DON'T BUY THIS if you have hardwood floors ! is is not sturdy enough for my 11, and 12 pounds dogs. The velcro that comes with is a joke. Furthermore, once it's out of the box, it is impossible to return into the same box and it inflates and takes its form within an hour. It comes in a small box tightly wrapped. The only carrier in Canada who will take this back without a box is UPS and it's a real pain to tape up and manoeuver and then take to UPS.
