We have a smaller 12 y.o. dog and a 36" high bed. When he was younger and more agile, he could get up on the bed easily. We've noticed in recent years he's struggling more to jump up. We bought this staircase for him to make his journey a bit easier.It popped out of the box and needed almost a day to "unpack". It's lightweight and pretty solid in it's makeup. The size is as bit large for our room, but there were few options for stairs that reached a 36"bed. The nice thing is we recently got a 27" high bed and being able to zip off the top 2 steps make the staircase usable.It stays put when you use the double-sided velcro, but note that as the velcro stickiness wears, so does the stability. You may need to replace the velcro strips often (we do with 2 long0haired dogs).It was definitely a good purchase.

We have a 70+ pound 10yr old black lab and our bed is very high. We have a fold out ramp for the car, and this is much easier for her to use and we used treats to teach her up and down a few times. I am very happy with the purchase. The foam is substantial.

Lots of confusion, when you open it up it does not pop right up as some reviews say, I've had mine 48 hours, its tilted and not even and has a very long way to go to puff out. This item comes with a sticker that says ready in 24 to 48 hours, ok that's not bad but a special note in the description on line says 10 days!!! What scares me is one of the reviews said she waited 2 weeks and the item did not fill out properly and was crooked and unstable, still!! Which is the condition of mine at 48 hours. 10 days is unreasonable and I'm sorry I didn't catch that.My Badd! It is a great product as I have other steps. However at 10 days or more is a lot to ask to be patient!

Takes a good day to reach full size but this ramp is awesome. My 7 yr old multipoo is so happy. It's tall enough for my high bed and with the design it's easy for her to use both going up and down. Buy it!

These stairs are great! Soft, but sturdy. Was hesitant to spend the money, but glad I did. My dog loves them and I didn’t even have to train him to use them. He went right up them!

Have a senior rescue Yorkie.... and a tall bed..... so made the investment on these stairs as the other normal size ones weren't high enough to go with our mattress.Our little guy learned to use them quickly and they fit to the extra tall mattress perfectly.Biggest thing to be aware.... THEY ARE HUGE...These steps take up a TON of floor space...but that is not a dig.. they have to to be able to provide the best angle of steps for a little dog to be able to use.Just be awareOther than that... durable... very well made.. and work perfectly for our spoiled 10lb Yorkie
