EDIT: Seller reached out to offer me a refund - buying a replacement chair for the one that broke with the hopes that this was just a fluke! Happy to see the seller was willing to make this right, as I really do like the design/function of these chairs.ORIGINAL: The first time I tried to sit in one of the two chairs I received, the back-left backrest support snapped under very little pressure. The other chair seems fine, but I'm hesitant to put the slightest pressure on the backrest.

Quite sturdy even though out of the package it does not look it. Very comfortable for sitting for meditation. Although I think the back is not fully 90 deg straight.

Great floor chairs if there are no young children in the household. The hinge of the chair is essentially a paper cutter.

The chair entirely cracked with the normal size person using it. This broke on like the third time using it. Very disappointed. Other than that we liked the way it folded and it was more comfortable than another chair we tried out.

I ordered this for use in my summer office, which consists of a ground level table and a floor chair. the floor chair I had been using got super flattened out after a few years of use, so it was time for a newer chair. This chair is supportive and solidly constructed from decent quality materials. This is not heirloom quality, but I expect it to hold up to adult regular use quite well. Nice item, and a huge upgrade in terms of the look for me.

The staples holding the upholstery together have fallen out. Haven’t had the chair very long.
