There were more pieces to put together than I thought there would be, but it went together relatively easy. The metal wire rack at the bottom is strong and secure and holds items nicely. The top of the luggage holder can fit a decent size suitcase comfortably. It was definitely convenient to have so that there was less bending down when handling the items in the suitcase.

At first, this rack seemed too heavy, but once it was assembled, it was just right. It's sturdy and collapses for easy storage. I genuinely like the luggage rack, but assembly was tedious. I purchased three of them, so the chore was three times as cumbersome. However, this rack has made our vacations so much easier! I'm glad I have them!

The cart is solid and has been put to test as we used it to hold up a Dometic fridge and a solar battery on a multiple day outing. Did the job flawlessly. Now it's back in our guest room for it's initial intended use.The cart arrived with a missing leg tab and I couldn't find a thread matching one at the hardware store.So, i contacted the vendor through Amazon, with not much expectations to tell you the truth, but Customer Support was very prompt to answer that the missing piece was going to be shipped to me.2 weeks later, package arrived from China with four[4!] new taps.I'm a long time globe trotter and this product does a great job and has a stellar after sales support.Thumbs up !

Was not that bad to put together but it does not sit flush on the floor. It is very wobbly because 2 of the feet do not touch the floor. I unassembled and reassembled this 3 times to try to make it flush and sit properly on the floor but nothing worked, same outcome every way I tried to put it together. I kept it because my mom was coming to visit the same day I received this so no time to replace it. I ended up adding staked (multiple) felt tabs to the feet to make it work. The feet do screw up and down to help level it but the feet were so far off from the floor so when I tried to adjust the feet they unscrewed completely and detached so I added the felt on 2 of the feet. If it was not so wonky and wobbly I would have given this 5 stars.
