We used these to gift homemade spice mixes to friends and neighbors. The labels were nice to write on, but we did purchase our own chalk paint marker. The one in the package was an odd, pale bluish color. The kids only rotate on 1/3 of a turn so I wouldn't use them to store liquids. However, they would make nice homemade candles!
