We get Hello Fresh, so we see a lot of hot sauce, beef/chicken stock, sour cream, etc in packets, and this is a good tool to get every bit out of the packet. The cutting blade was good for 2 or 3 uses and then it was dull. Then after washing, it was dull and rusty. So we just keep a pair of scissors on hand for opening, and use these for squeezing the product out.

It's a bag cutter so if you're looking to cut bags its perfect for doing just that!! Not ideal for peeling bananas, for that you'll need a banana peeler
