1. Using alcohol, clean the surface and keep it dry without water and dust.
2. It is best to heating the tape with hair dryer or baking gun, then tear off the double-sided tape behind it and stick it to the corresponding position.
3. Press firmly for a minute or so to better secure the lid in place.

Was excited until it came time for installation… It doesn’t stick it all when applying the middle section and it flaps around . You’re better off going to a professional to get your moneys worth.

The materials used for this item are really good not cheaply made however I would have given 5 stars but they made the center section in 2 pieces instead of one long continuous piece for the center section. If they do that it would be perfect.

Product was as described. Installation was easy and only took about a half hour. Most of that time was getting the red backing tape off the glue. I must say the packaging was above and beyond because everything was double wrapped. defiantly would recommend both seller and product and would buy again.
