First one I got, I was trying to take the frosted film “protective†screen off the back of the replacement screen and it cracked. It’s super thick plastic that is crazy hard to peel off (as shown in my pictures). Messaged seller regarding it, they said this situation was individual and to be careful when peeling off the film… anyhow, they sent me a replacement screen. The film on the second one seemed a little less thick, I was able to get it off without cracking, BUT when I put it all back together, the touch screen still did not work…. If I had to guess, it’s because when the frosted film peeled off, it peeled off some of the digitizer lines (hard to describe but it’s in my pictures) as I put everything else back together as I took it apart. To top it off, when I noticed the touch screen wasn’t working, I tried to take the screen back off & it cracked once again. Not worth the time & effort!!

Very happy with this purchase. Was pretty easy to install and works perfectly. I was very hesitant to purchase based on the many negative reviews, however I took the chance and was willing to spend $25 instead of buying a brand new tablet. I watched a Youtube video on how to install the new screen and it literally took only about 15 mins to install.I highly recommend trying to DIY a new screen first before buying a new tablet.

Screen immediately cracked in the corner when reinstalling into the plastic case. Be extremely careful because the glass spiderwebs and can cut your fingertips. Is a hassle to return because the screen is secured with double sided tape, so it needs to be cut out a second time if you try to return it.

Sucks to install like any screen replacement but wasn't really much more difficult than replacing the screen in my old Galaxy phone. Just a few more things to do. Saved us a bunch of money versus buying a replacement tablet, so 45 minutes and a bit of swearing was well worth it. Watched a YouTube video for a similar model (couldn't find exact) for installation tips and instructions.

Nice to have to be able to replace screen. Doesn't feel as good as the OEM but it's safer than having a broken screen.

The product shows the adhesive on the connector, but did not come with it, so now my repair is delayed at least another day.

The videos to replace it are relatively easy to find on YouTube. This was a perfect fit replacement for my kids shattered screen.
