These fit my 3m small bayonet half mask and do a great job in combination with that mask to keep out turpentine and oil based spar varnish fumes.

I work in a boat yard, and am also restoring my own boat, so I do a lot of fiberglass grinding. I bought these figuring they'd be better at filtering glass particles instead of the smaller round filters. Today I used them for the first time, grinding through fiberglass and wood behind it. I was smelling basic wood smoke instantly. If I can smell smoke, I can only imagine what chemical vapors these filters would allow through. I will only use these outdoors with a breeze. I will never use these in an enclosed area, and only to grind glass. I would NOT entrust my life to these. Another example of "you get what you pay for". I'll stick to 3M when using dangerous chemicals from now on

I accidentally ordered these not realizing they are NOT 3M brand. These came in some generic Chinese packaging that I would not ever consider trusting for something so important. If you are dealing with organic vapors, cheaping out on the cartridges is not a good place to save money.
