Old antenna snapped off in a carwash.. this replacement part fit perfect. My only issue is the picture is deceiving.. I thought I was going to get everything shown.. not the case. I then had to buy an antenna.. but no big deal.

Fits perfectly. So happy that I didn’t have to replace the whole cable and this piece like some forums we’re saying. According to the forums I read they were one piece, but I was happy to find out they aren’t. Would highly recommend if your aftermarket antenna broke off like mine did.

I can't believe I drove without a radio for so long when it was this easy to fix. Nice to be able to find parts for my 1999 Ford Ranger.

My antenna snapped off and the threads, of coarse, are stuck inside of the factory antenna bracket. I purchased this part for my 1996 Ford Ranger and it appears to be the same part apart from the additional rubber boot at the bottom which my factory bracket did not have. So, I can tell you that even though the product description says that this part will work for 98+ Ranger's, this will also work with 95-97 Ranger's as well. It should work for the 93' and 94' too.
