Mine had 230,000 miles on it and during changing spark plugs so I changed it in the process. It fit perfect and was easy to instal with the air handler manifold off.

Went right on without any issues. There was nothing wrong with the old one, just figured I would change it during the 100,000 mile tune-up on our 2012 Ford Flex. I am unsure why there were two, but holding on to the second for the 150,000 mile tune-up.

2011 Ford Explorer 3.5 with 145K miles. During a tuneup before a trip I finally decided to replace the PCV. Getting the adapter hose off the old and onto this new PCV was the hardest part about the PCV install(Not including getting the intake manifold off to even get the PCV). I suggested using a heat gun or a torch of some type to heat up the plastic of that adapter hose because a high end blow dryer just didn't get hot enough. I have no idea if this new PCV valve helped but for a low price and already working in the area it just made sense to go ahead and replace it.

I was in the process of replacing my spark plugs on my 2012 Ford Explorer @ 99,500 miles. Since I had to remove the upper intake manifold to get to the last 3 spark plugs, I might as well replace the PCV. Perfect fit with no issues.
