Very easy to install. Just unscrewed the old broken one. I had to take a small screwdriver to get the old clip out. New one snapped in perfect. Easy to install in less the 2 min

This worked out great for a 2012 Escape. The only qualification I could fine on the web was the color that matches the interior. But no one had the color I wanted. I guess 2012 is old now.

This part holds the sunvisor up where it belongs, getting it installed has solved a lot of frustration. The price was reasonable and the customer service, including shipping, was excellent.
