Tried it out as soon as I got it. Attached a 10lb dumbbell using the straps they include. Easy to put on. The main strap is pretty long and seems pretty strong. Instantly felt my forearms burning as I rolled it up and down. I feel it's a good weight to start with because I wasn't so sore the next day.

The grip could be done better. It’s a foam like grip. Soft rubber would be better. Works great for now. We’ll see how long it lasts.

5 out of 5 - I did wrist curls FOREVER and saw very minimal effects, this thing grew my Forearm SO much in a very short span of time. I highly recommend this over wrist curls other commonly recommended exercises for forearm and wrist development. Something else that I have used in the past is a Hangboard meant for Rock Climbing conditioning and "The Xtensor" and while they helped in addition to the wrist curls, I can definitively say that this roller is what contributed to the growth and development of my forearms - for context, I am a rather skinny dude and always hated how small my arms were, this helped me be confident and become happy with my body and proportions.

I bought this for my boyfriend’s birthday, he picked it out and he says he likes it for his workouts every once in a while. It works a certain muscle. Good packaging and sturdiness.

Grip is bad. Will slide from your hands once your hands start sweating and you just twist infinity lol. Everything else is ok

My son is into working out. Unfortunately he got small bedroom and no outdoor area to work out in so I thought this would be nice for him to have to work out his arms with all weights he has so far. He seems to enjoy it. Easy figure out and small enough to fit in a drawer
