Good quality and design. The cord is a perfect length and the handles are comfortable without feeling gummy on the hands. I use with plates having a 1 1/2†opening to avoid rocking while rolling the weight up and down. Very satisfied.

I needed a way to work on my forearms and I remember using a roller like this in high-school. It was exactly how I remember. Very well designed, and super easy to use. Great value, highly recommend!

This is a pretty straight forward piece of equipment. It does what it is designed to do.The grip is very slick. Some people say that it adds an extra challenge to the exercise, I say it makes it more difficult in a bad way.I chose this one for its low price. I took a metal file to the grips to give them texture. It works good now.

Great addition to the home gym for the price. Nice and simple and comfortable to use. Really works the wrists. Im 5'11" and the length is perfect. Hard to go wrong for the price if you're looking for a wrist roller.

Works as intended but there are two key issues:The rope is not static, that means it bounces and has an initial amount of slack that you must work through before it gets taunt/tight. This is quite unfortunate...The stack that you place weight on, has a lugnut on the bottom for some reason... This is very bad design. It means you can't place it on the floor to put the weight on, without it falling over. Such bad design.
