Standard wrist rollers typically show people holding the roller extended in front of them. This means the weight is often limited by what the shoulders and arms can support and one's technique is thrown off. One also can't do various desirable adaptations mimicking the natural motions of the wrist and and fingers, thus exercising all the muscles of the wrist and forearm. This wrist roller solves these problems by suspending the roller via a rope, provided one has a rack, a pull up bar, or similar setup available. This allows focus on the hands and forearm without having to support the weight itself. This is a huge improvement over other rollers. Rolling is very smooth. The rope can be secure to a weight, dumbbell, or kettlebell, or in my case, a low cable that keeps weight constant. It's the best wrist roller I've found by a wide margin. I had actually been playing with a similar concept to make my own, but this is so well engineered, I prefer it over what I had planned. It's more expensive, but I think it's well worth the money. A bonus is because of the hanging setup, one can do a variety of movements beyond the typical forward and reverse rolls. Grasping the sides, one can do pronation and supination moves as well as place the hands on the sides of roller to do a side-oriented wrist roll. Various of the natural pinch and grip movements can also be found. As a juggler who depends on his hands and arms to learn new tricks, this is a huge win for me over other rollers.

The headline said it all! This is what I've been looking for! It does a great job!

Great unit and blasts the crap out of my forearms. I kinda wish it used something more solid than the shoestrings that hold it up and connect to the weight. I fear that it will fray overtime.

This wrist roller, forearm blaster from the GD Store hangs so that you are specifically doing the roller action instead of rolling and lifting. It seems to make a huge difference, and I like it a lot. The materials are first class, it's well made and durable.I like that I'm targeting muscle groups more specifically.

When I played baseball in high school, a coach made something similar out of a tubular piece of wood and rope. We'd run the wood through the weight, and it had a support on the end so the weight wouldn't fall off. They're not easy to make unless you have to tools, which I don't.In comes this great idea for a commercially-made forearm strengthener, and it's so similar to what we had back in the day, but more modern, and it really gets your forearms burning!

This wrist roller adds a solid challenge to my workouts—perfect for building forearm and grip strength 💪 The rope and roller feel durable, and it’s easy to add weights for extra resistance. Definitely seeing improvement in my grip, and it’s helping keep my hands steady, hahah!

Got this for my home gym that I'm building for when I don't feel like driving the ten miles to my gym. This item was received with no damage or defects and install pretty easily. I did use carabiners for reinforcement. The concept of having a hanging forearm workout item had never occurred to me. The ones at the gym that I've seen have never been suspended in air. I have to say that for me, I feel like this is a much better workout overall on my arms than the traditional method. The workout I get from this hanging system feels like nothing I've ever gotten at the gym.Excellent forearm workout without feeling like I've put unneeded strain on my shoulders or other parts of my body in the process. Definitely a great price on this item, and a great addition to the home gym.

This is a good quality wrist roller designed specifically to increase strength in the forearms, wrists, and supporting muscle groups. It's very effective for that, but man this is gonna burn. Something about no pain, no gain. This will deliver on both. Any wrestler would tell you how surprisingly they are when they realize how much depends on the strength of the forearm, and by extension of the wrist. I wish the grips were a little inverted, but I really can't complain about anything else. The rope is strong and just thick enough, and the hold you put the weights on are solid and easy to change out. Well done...
