THe product was great until the spring that gets it started broke. Now the item isnt usable. I would like to exchange the item but it may be too late

Really disappointed with this. It does nothing to make you hand strength . Once I got it right it wore me out the first time. My arms were burning. This product really works!

This product is absolutely useless . First of all not real good manual but i figured there is not a real need for it. Sumply wind it in direci of arrows and resleas it and let it wind that suppoy to create resistance on your wrist but nonsence this thing winds very slowly for few seconds and stops no matter what you do. Complete garbage believe me. Dont waist hour money.

I tried to get this going and was having a hard time being consistent in starting it. We had a 14 year old visit and he got it going consistently and it is obviously good for hand and arm strength. Now I can get it working every time. It's a fun little piece of equipment. The lights are an added benefit.
