This wrist exerciser has been awesome for building up my forearm and wrist strength. The pulley system is smooth, and it really targets those hard-to-reach muscles. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and I can already feel a difference in my grip and arm strength. Setup was easy, though it does take up a bit of space. Perfect if you're into arm wrestling or just want to step up your bicep training!

I love this thing and I'm not an arm wrestler and don't intend on becoming one .That being said --->this is AWESOME!While at desk working or surfing web I use this to workout my arms , I LOVE IT !It's smooth and quiet too ,only thing is these are really made for higher stands like arm wrestlers use ,so you either move away from desk when sitting and then use it or use it on a higher desk or just use it at regular desk but you get less movement because the weights don't have much travel from floor to desk.That being said GETTHIS

This AHTAPFON brand arm wrestling training device is first class all the way. There is nothing cheap, and no corners were crossed in the design and build of this device. The parts are steel, and the welds are clean and professional. The weight pin is for weight discs with a 1-inch hole, and should hold quite a bit of weight. I really like it.

As an arm-wrestler I have got to say this is a great price for what you get! It is a table system with cable, weight pin, handle and carbineers. Everything you need to get started other than the weights to fill it with. It is made from metal and hard nylon and measures in around 12" X 11". The weight pin is only about 7.5" and still should hold enough weight to make it a serious machine. The non-slip handle measures in at approximately 6" X 6.5" and feels great on your hand. Definitely recommended for beginning arm wrestlers. 💪ðŸ‘
