This works great and is a great wrist workout but the only thing is when you get it going fast enough, if you touch the spinning part it can easily catch your skin and cut you. Obviously it’s user error but I feel that’s enough to at least put a warning to make sure people know beforehand

Unit is based on moving the ball in one direction to start the spin. Ball does not wind up and there is no action from the unit. I guess I got what I paid for. I thought it was on sale from Amazon. Don't buy it and forget Amazon "special" sale days.

Couldn't figure out how to keep the thing moving. Basically it turned out to be a hard ball in your hand and you moved your wrist around. Wanted it for someone who had a stroke to help with movement and strength.
