I have been using these for years. They are awesome for your hard cheeses. They stay fresh and it's the perfect storage solution for your fridge. I use the labels from the cheese and tape them on the bags so I always know how long the cheese is good for and how long I have had it. They are easy to use and quite strong. They work great.

I love these bags. My husband and I have a huge collection of different kinds of cheese, but some of it gets moldy before we even get to use it. These bags are the real deal! They do a beautiful job of keeping the cheeses fresh and breathable for a longer storage life in the fridge. For extra quality control, I would strongly recommend wrapping the cheese in wax paper, then put it in the cheese bag.

I have been using these bags for a couple years now. They are very effective for keeping cheese fresh and preventing the formation of mold. Cheese kept in plastic bags will often degrade and exhibit mold formation within 5 - 8 days of storage in the refrigerator. I have kept block cheeses in the Formaticum bags for 3 weeks without signs of deterioration or mold formation. Excellent product!

These cheese bags work great !On 1/7/25 I placed sliced cheddar and sliced Swiss cheese in separate bags labeled and dated them. On 2/09 the Swiss cheese had 2 tiny spots of 2 of mold which I cut off & replaced back in the bag. W/O the bag, I would have had most of the slices with mold & very few usable slices. I used again today 2/12 again with 1 or 2 tiny mold spots. Taste & texture was fine. The cheddar dried out a little bit more than the Swiss, but didn't have any mold spots and was still perfectly usable. I would imagine block cheese might keep even better. I'm very happy with the bags. Super easy to use & each bag can be reused but make sure to use the same type of cheese when reusing a bag.. Why didn't I know about these years ago and not know that cheese also has to breathe????

These are so easy to use. I often have the big blocks of cheddar from Costco and they fit in with no problem. Work much better than foil or a plastic bag. Only thing is if you have multiples you can’t see which type of cheese is in the bag without opening it.

These cheese preserver bags are the bomb! And - they're reuseable many times! I've had cheeses in them for several months and it's still fresh. I just reordered another batch of these bags because I've bought more cheeses. I highly recommend these bags. I open the cheese, free it of all plastic, insert it into a cheese bag, fold the top over a few times and close it with a clamp. It stays fresh in the fridge!

Cheese stays fresh longer. The bags are reusable and last for a long time. They’re pricey but if you enjoy good quality cheese it’s worth the investment.

These really do solve the problem of how to keep cheese fresh once the original packet is opened. Cheese in them seems to really last. And they can be reused several times over. Excellent product.
