Used this to replace an OMRON 21997406 relay in a 2009 Chevy HHR showing the same pin out on the diagram on the relay itself. Crank relay (#34) had failed and seconds after popping this one in, we were back in business. You used to have to turn the key to crank 20-30 times before it would finally start. Now it starts every time again.
