Your cart is empty.This sake set is made in Japan, and comes with 1 bottle and 4 colored cups. The Japanese kanji characters for spring, summer, fall and winter are written on the bottle. The cups are glazed to complement the feeling of each season; green for the grass in spring, blue for the ocean in summer, red for the leaves in autumn, and white for winter snow.

This is a beautifully crafted sake set. I like the concept of 4 different colors of sake cups to represent the seasons, and the carafe is classy looking, with the kanji design. I love the larger size of the carafe; it holds 4 times as much as the one I had before. My old one held only enough to fill a little over 2 of the sake cups, so I had to constantly get up from the table to refill it, as I leave the sake bottle in a small pot of simmering water on the stove to keep it warm. I have to fill this one only once for two of us. Kampai!

This is a good-sized sake holder with decently sized cups as well. The colors are vivid, the whole set is dishwasher safe, and we have been using this set regularly for many months. This set really holds up!Bonus: The green box it comes in is a real plus because it holds the set together so well that we store the dry/clean sake holder and cups in the box and put it away in the cupboard for storage.

Though this was priced a little higher than I found it on EBay, I needed it for a gift. It was the nicest one in my price range. All others were common looking. This also can be put out on display even if you don’t drink. I hope the birthday girl likes it.

what a beautiful gift! It is high quality, and the bottle is quite big. The cups are a bit bigger that the traditional sake cups, but gorgeous. I am buying a second set as a gift. It is nicely presented in a box. I highly recommend this item.

My only issue is that the sake when I drink it always seems to run down the side of the cups and pitcher, so after a few drinks one side gets sticky. Other than that the packaging is exceptional and the product does look nice.

We’ve had these for a few months now, and I can say with how accidentally clumsy I am, the smaller sake cups haven’t broken despite falling. These are so beautiful for any small gathering, and it seems that microwaving the larger cup hasn’t done any damage yet!

I've put off buying a sake set for years now, I'm glad my first purchase was a winner.The set is absolutely beautiful, and very well packaged (not only against breakage, but if you buy it as a gift the presentation is wonderful).I wont put it to use until this weekend, but give the weight and solid feel I'm sure it will both heat and retain the heat very well.

I purchased this set for my wedding; I had saki and he had beer for the toast and all night long. It was a spring wedding, but I'd intended on using the 'winter' cup since it is white. Unfortunately, both the white and orange cup arrived in about 20 pieces. I ended up using the blue cup because it went with our colors. The set is beautiful, just a shame the packaging was inadequate for shipping. I now wish I could purchase the cups individually since I have already used the set.
