A great pie storage solution! I originally bought for the individual slice storage but (dang Gina!) this is better than I thought it would be! This has a snap tight domed lid which holds my 9-inch deep dish pie plate - yay!! The slice containers are the real star of this solution for freezing individual slices like no-bake cheesecake. They are super deep and super big to hold huge slices of sky-high pie. Testing the slice containers; they snap shut but I wouldn't say air tight (leaks a bit in water test) so freezer burn might be an issue with long term freezing. My pies don't last long anyway. Super convenient to take the stackable container out of freezer to thaw on counter. Totally meets my need! I don't trust these to dishwasher high heat because the plastic is quite brittle. Manufacturer states top-rack only - a clue to wash by hand! This is super genius, folks! Get these!

I wanted to bring a birthday pie to a relative in a nursing home. This was a handy way to bring it so we didn't have the mess of slicing and serving pie in his room. Each person had their own slice without needing plates. It was very convenient. I also used this for transporting a pumpkin pie to someone's house for Thanksgiving (without the individual slice containers). The top lid doesn't form an air-tight seal, like Tupperware, but it stays on and protects the pie.

Great for so many things, not just pie. Although having a container that fits a large pie is awesome you can also use it at gatherings as a veggie tray. Wedges can be used for dips or dressings. Love it

These pie wedge keepers work great for freezing individual slices for later. My favorite is putting a couple slices of pie or quiche in the fridge for the week, and freezing the rest for later. I have never used plastic in microwave, so I always remove the pie and place on a glass plate, cover and heat on the defrost cycle for that just out of the oven treat.

after you have cut the pie/cake and placed them in their sections, no they do not seal up "air tight". but if you have a few of those larger 1 Gal zip lock bag, place the sections in the zip lock bag for much better effect. still very usable for the most part.

the pie containers inside for one but its more of two each in one ,, because its that large enough to have more than 1 piece inside ,, and it freezes good ,, the whole pie container is also large enough to hold a really large pie ,, I loved this one ,, too bad it only comes in the color red I would have liked pale blue

Great for freezing a full pie or pieces. I use it to freeze left over pie and cream pie. The single containers are nice and deep so it will handle deep dish pies no problem. My only complaint is the lid does not snap down very tight so I have to store it upright in the freezer.

I really like this container. You can store your pie in it until you serve it, then send pie home with guests in the small containers. Works like a charm!
