Charcoal filter is the way to go, I waited too long to change my filter. Easy to install perfect fit super fast delivery. Very happy with the quality. OEM fit. I think it’s better than OEM. Get rid of the musty smell. Going to order another to have it on hand.

Super easy to install in my 2014 Kia Optima. Takes about 5 minutes to do so please don't let the dealer rip you off. Instantly noticed the fresh, crisp air coming in. Just in time for Spring! Change it every year like I do and keep that cabin odor free!Optima owners... It's in the glove box compartment. Twist off two clips on either side from the inside, counterclockwise. Unclip the hinge on the right. Drop the glove box. Remove filter cover clip, with the tab on the right. Remove, install new one and then reverse the order. It's that easy!

I suspected something was wrong when my car filled with the smell of a thousand dirty gym socks as soon as I turned on the AC. I thought maybe my passengers were all just really gross people but one day, I was alone and to my horror, the smell was still there. I didn't know much about cars so I lived with it until the last of my nostril hairs burned off. Little did I know, swapping out the cabin filter is not only easy but very cheap! With the included instructions, I was able to swap it out under a minute. Just make sure the intake arrow on the side is pointing down (or I think your car explodes or something, who knows?). Also, make sure to check FRAM's website for any rebates.

This will 100% fit with a little wiggle and snug fit. I work in the Automotive Business And See It All...Benefits Over Stock....Probably 30% better filtration and cleaner air than factory...Cons Over Stock....About 4%-6% less air flow through vents. Overall I live in the south west. Both are quality but I prefer more filtration due to dust poor quality air... Any cabin air filter in these conditions will last about 6-8k miles as we always run AC 100% for 6 months solid.
