The material is quality and the neck fits my "husky" boys neck. He is 9 yrs old and 85 lbs. I love the colors. I chose this tie based on the colors, but mostly for safety. My son had to wear it to school all day and the thought of him getting caught up by the tie worried me. The part that goes around the neck is nicely secured with a tab of velcro at the back, which is easily hidden under the collar. If for some reason the tie were to be caught up in something it would safely break open. Perfect for elementary school. Also this is much more comfortable than the clip on tie, and once it is secured he wasn't tempted to mess with it. He even asked me to "unhook" it when it was time to take it off.

This is a uniform tie and very smart looking. I purchased for my grandson, so happy for Prime shipping so I got it quickly. He loves the velcro closure and prefers it to clip on and zipper ties. It's quick and easy for his school mornings. I wish it came in another length because he will be at this school for several years and I want to be able to buy longer if he needs it later. He is 12 years old and it works well for now.

I bought this for my daughter to wear to school with her school uniform. The tie is of the quality that I expected from French Toast, but I wish more sizes were available. There is quite a range in the ages that they suggest for sizing, and unfortunately, this is pretty big on my kid even though I ordered for her age.

Great quality tie. The material is thick and soft. It is so easy to put on my son and he can use it himself, he still needs help getting his collar all aligned well. I don’t know how to tie his tie, so this is so very helpful to me!

Absolutely loved the pattern on the tie. It seemed to have taken longer to receive the item. I spent more money on the tie than the original pricing on the price tag. This may have come from a third party vendor. It just reminded me of how thrift stores mark up the price on an item that already has a tag price for way less than what they are charging. It may have been nice for the tag to be removed, prior to receiving. I did not like the Velcro for the tie, it came all bent out of shape. I guess I was expecting a zip tie, but clearly did not read the description or look at the picture.
