Using this instead of the cheaper version that pierces the water line, delivers higher water pressure to the refrigerator. It is easier to install. The built-in valve is much easer than the valve on the cheaper version. GREAT product.

after spending an hour searching high and low at H/D i came to amazon and found this gem in minutes... super easy to install. I used it under my sink to route a 2nd water line to my counter top dishwasher. Make sure you use some plumbers tape on the threads just to ensure there's no leaks (I used the tape... so there was no leaks)
