I have a panel with a lace curtain in my front door. A lace panel that my mischievous young black cat likes to climb! He destroyed the original curtain rod that held the lace. it bent down into a C shape, mangled and pitiful. I replaced it with this rod, hoping for the best, but expecting destruction. To my surprise, when Bebop climbed the curtain again during the night, the rod popped loose from one end, the curtain fell to the floor, and the rod was undamaged. It has happened a few more times and the rod is holding up well, unbent and tough. I am very pleased with this product. Bebop likes it, too.

This Rod holds a Noren curtain above a doorway in my house which did not have a door. The measurements it said it will accommodate seemed to be accurate. I don't remember what size I had to set mine, but it was a skinnier than normal sized doorway, and this thing still worked fine. Just measure beforehand and make sure the description says it will fit the size you need it for. As for durability, the rod is honestly somewhat flimsy. Upon installing, I gave it a strong tug by accident and bent the rod a bit. If you are hanging something light like curtains, it will absolutely hold them without bending at all, but just don't apply much force to them. For the price I paid, I will say I am very satisfied with the product and would give it 5 stars, if not for the rod being susceptible to bending if too much force is applied. It was easy to install with a low power drill. All screws and mounting brackets were included.

This little curtain rod is perfect for a door with a window. Small, great quality and perfect for lightweight curtain.

I was just appointed in the quality of this curtain rod. I was hanging beads in my doorway, and the rod came slightly bent.

This rod came in a slender, very strong mailing tube. Inside the tube it was very firmly in place. The hardware went up — less than an hour of work time To install. The rod is extended to about 28’ and shows no sign of stress. In all a very satisfactory curtain holder for the small window, just above eye level in the front door.

Poor quality, ends are weak plastic, metal is very thin. Just bought similar at Walmart for less than 1/2 the price, with metal ends and stronger metal. Price difference is not what bothered other than can buy for much less with better quality from local store. My loss but hope others read any beware.
