Took it to the dealership and they were able to mount it to my 2018 ES, the screws it came with were to short.

This is by far the worst do it yourself experience I can remember having. More annoying I had bought a similar product from a competitor and it worked OK. The description left me expecting this would work with the other car I needed to add a front plate to. First the ‘sharp’ screws weren’t long enough to attach to the plate behind the grill on my Lexus SUV. Further only one of two washers supposed to be included was present. I resolved that with a trip to a local hardware store. Worse the attachment holes for my California license plate didn’t line up with the holes on the license. I resorted to curving it from top to bottom and bending the edges a bit to make it line up. Then the fittings to receive the straight screws wouldn’t stay in when I went to screw the plate to them. Both bottom screw receivers ca-me out and had to be held in place while trying to screw the plate to them. Of course because the holder is low to the ground I was lying on the ground to do that. Trying to insert the screw, engage the screw hole and screw in the screw while steadying the screw receiver (nut?) was challenging. It is hard to believe that a recommended and boastful product wouldn’t work with a California plate which I suspect is a standard US size.

The old one the plate mounting screw broke loose from the plastic. This one is designed better

The bracket is a nice fit for the license plate. It fits the SUV perfectly. I use zip ties to secure it instead of the screws.

It doesn't mount like the factory one. Factory one has 2 tabs or upper mounts that go thru the grill. This only uses the 2 lower screws to mount it. Also after you mount it to the vehicle. You will need longers srews to mount the front license plate and plate cover or decorative plate frame. But I managed to make it work. Overall a decent product.
