We were able to use this to fix our latch for the sunroof inside cover with this. What could have been a few hundred dollars of repairs at an auto repair shop, was less than $15 and only a few minutes to complete! It is holding up really well.

If you’re reading this I assume you have a GM SUV with a sunroof coupled with a broken latch. This worked perfectly to fix the front sunroof in my wife’s car. The hardest part was getting the screws out and it took me longer than I’d like to admit that I could open the sunroof and actually see what I was doing. Anyway, it fit perfectly and we have had no issues with the new part. Hopefully it lasts longer than the OEM part.

The sunroof latch in my Buick Enclave breaks easily if it is not opened correctly. This part only take a few minutes to replace and saved a trip the dealership.

I have a 2018 Chevy Traverse and this fits perfectly!! Super easy to replace. Pictured is the originally broken piece and the replacement piece installed. Used original screws and plastic washers from the original part. So so happy it worked out!

My front sun roof lock latch on my 2018 Chevy Traverse broke twice already. Funny thing is I don't even use it. First time I had the car dealer place fix it, which costs quit a bit. The second time it broke randomly, I looked on Amazon for the part and found this one. Took the chance and ordered it. We put it in and it fit !!! I was so happy to save so much money. Only thing is when installing it, a regular screw driver won't work. I believe my husband said a torque wrench with the right size attachment had to be used. So I thought that's important to know when installing yourself.
