Replaced stock bolt and nut with this one after installing a new track bar. It stayed tight for about a week. While tightening down with a 1/2 drive ratchet it snapped in half. Save yourself the time and go to a hardware store and buy true grade 8 hardware.

Will it work? Sure absolutely. The bolt will snap before you tighten it fully, so be prepared for that. I just used the flag nut and fully welded it instead of brazed it on.I would’ve been better off making my own flag nut to be honest.

I bought this to replace a rusted and stripped out factory flag nut. Only reason it gets 4 stars is the minimal tack welds on the flag nut section. I can see this breaking loose if an impact is used making it useless. Be careful if using an impact.

It broke in half while torquing to spec. Unsafe part that could cause an accident if it broke while driving. Get a quality grade 8 bolt, do not trust this junk.
