As the guide and force transmission element of the automobile suspension system, the control arm transmits various forces acting on the wheel to the body, and at the same time ensures that the wheel moves according to a certain trajectory. The car control arm elastically connects the wheel and the body together through the ball joint or bushing respectively.

Bushings were bad in old units. Marked alignment with paint first and adjusted new units to paint marks. Alignment is perfect and steering is smooth like new again.

Bushings were bad in old units. Marked alignment with paint first and adjusted new units to paint marks. Alignment is perfect and steering is smooth like new again.

The kit has everything to replace the front suspension for 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 2002 2WD exceptA zerk grease fittings for upper control arm ball joint (a must), or a rubber plug or screw to keep debris out of way until a grease fitting can be installed,also a (nice to have) bolt to secure the brake line bracket on upper control arm, most of the time old ones are rusty and get snapped. Optionally a cam bolt set for upper control arm would be nice. I bought it not knowing if I can remove the bolts with destroying it.The key is preparation.

Another 10/10, this front end kit went on a 04 Chevy 1500, It lacks instructions for maybe some that aren't familiar with steering & suspension work. But overall Quality was great.
