I needed to upgrade the anchor points for my sunshade and this is exactly what I needed. A bit over engineered for that use and a bit more expensive than what I expected, but I will never worry about my sunshade in the wind again.

I needed somewhere to anchor my personal safety gear in my home shop in an area where nothing else would work. I resisted paying this much for an anchor for my fall gear, but after a long while, I decided to Purchase it. I liked the product, and have confidence in it, however the screws stripped, even after drilling pilot holes. I ended up using structural screws and hope they will be sufficient.
