Setup is easy. Second person needed to finish leg support(putting bent metal hook into metal sleeve)Love that the outer surface keeps cooked items hot after cooking and drains the excess oil back into cooking reservoir.

I had been searching for a propane fryer for frying peppers at my tailgate for ever. In the past I used a butane burner with a pan, which was a pain and not very safe. The Fryin' Saucer works perfect. The warming area doubles as a serving area for people to grab one as they walk by. Great quality and stores away nicely.

Opened the box and the burner assembly is broken making it impossible to use the Fryin’ Saucer. I am trying to get a replacement part.

The description says the skirt is included. Did not come with the skirt.
