Stumbled upon this by accident, ordered it and thinking that it was a B grade plywood - to my surprise it was an A grade while priced cheaper than other B grade listings. Tried to order more, but it was out of stock for some time. During that time, I've tried several other brands, and none of them was as consistent as Frylr's (Part of it was probably because it's A grade). When I saw it was available again, I immediately reordered several packs. The grain is consistent and never had an issue cutting with my laser. Due to the smoothness of the face of the plywood, any soot would just wipe right off - saves me time from masking and removing the masking each time. There were never any glue pockets and it is firm enough for intricate and detailed cuts.Packaging is great - single vacuum packaging for the stack that's easily removed and protects it from the weather when the carrier gets the shipping box wet. My only gripe is the masking tape that's used on the 4 corners to hold them together - you'll need some patience to peel them off. I'm not going to knock a star down for it, as that seem to do its job for keeping the wood flat.Although I've never had any issue with warping, I keep them stacked on a flat surface in case it needs to acclimate to the humidity. The thickness of the plywood is exactly 1/8", which is actually 3.17mm.

I recently had the opportunity to review the Baltic Birch Plywood set, which came in a pack of two pieces. I must say, the price for the 45-pack is astounding, especially for birch plywood. Once you dial in the settings correctly, the cut is phenomenal— I personally found success with a 100/6/2 cut. However, it did take some trial and error to get there. Overall, I'm pleased with the value these plywood sheets offer. One thing to note is that you may encounter some issues with the glue, which can cause a bit of charring. Nevertheless, considering the price, these plywood sheets are a great choice for various woodworking projects.

The quality of the wood is great. They will or are warped once unwrapped though. And the unwrapping is tedious to say the least. Price is excellent, although I'd expect less warping from smaller 3mm sheets. Pick and choose what sheets to use if you need the full 300mmx300mm, roughly 12"x12". Still some of the better actual veneer sheets, and at a decent price, I have used for lasering. I would buy again even knowing some sheets may be useless if needing full size pieces for a project.

I had an issue with my order and emailed the company. They replaced the product within 2 days and BEFORE Christmas. Now that is customer service how it was intended to be!! And the quality is second to none. Flat like it should be. And you can see how the competitors products so warped.

Item came nicely packaged. None of the sheets are warped and they all look great. Very reasonably priced for the quantity, will order from this seller again. Thank you!

Allowed a second shipment and it was just as bad. I'll be returning both.

First of all, the 8 pack’s main image shows it being a 16 pack - blatant deception. Of the 8 boards I received, 1 look good enough to use the full sheet for production. The other 7 had obvious seams, completely different veneer colors, gaps between seams, and spots/scratches that didn’t blend with the walnut color. Strips of the veneer almost had a blue tinted foggy appearance. Using a majority of any sheet for a project looked tacky and I could never give it to customer looking that way!I will say that they were consistently 3-3.1mm thick and were nice to engrave/cut on my 10w diode laser. I had to use most of the boards for smaller projects that fit within a single strip of the veneer due to how horrible the strips lined up on the sheet surface. I used a bit of danish oil on the light colored scratches/grains and it blended well, but I shouldn’t have had to do any patchwork or small projects with “grade A†plywood. Very disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the overall sheets as it was pleasant to work with and look great with polyurethane finish (when the veneer colors matched up).Maybe I got a bad batch, but not worth buying again since I had to work around the flaws to produce a quality looking finished product.

Don't buy this product if you want close to the right dimension. Advertsied as 1/8 or 3mm. They measure .105 and 2.6mm. Thats a big difference when you are designbing for 3mm.
