We got adjustable stools in between moves, with the idea that we could use them in different places, regardless of the counter height.That worked except that the color did not go with the color palette at the new place. These covers were the perfect solution to not having to buy new stools!They fit like a glove and do a great job of protecting the original chair. They’re super easy to put on and while I haven’t had to wash them yet, I love the idea of being able to do so if needed. Great purchase!

The cover fits our stool and the fabric is opaque to not have the original cover show through. However, I ordered “orange†color. From the photo, one can see it is actually a dark sand color, more like a caramel. I’m keeping them and will use them for a “beachy†decor when summer returns.

I picked these specific covers because of the stools shown. (I have the same stools.)Regarding the fit: The seat fit perfectly, but the back was a bit long, resulting in some “bunching,†which isn’t an issue, because a snug fit would probably wear down the seam. Also, these covers haven’t shifted after being sat on. (The bunching isn’t obviously noticeable if the small bit of excess fabric is pulled down towards the seat, easy to do.)I haven’t had a need to wash, but I will take care to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.The fabric is soft.I believe these covers will deter the wear and tear of the faux leather stools, so the cost is worth the extra expense of covering them.
