Everything went well when I installed this but it didn't work! It would have helped if I had instructions with it, never installed one before this. A friend told me what I did wrong and was able to correct the problem and it works great!! I had no idea there was an arrow on the bulb for the direction of flow.. go figure!

I was going to give it 1 star and actually was thinking of returning it but how did I go from 1 star to 5? I will tell youI own a few primer bulbs for my outboards ,this one seems cheap, but does it? The fuel line is very flexible and the bulb is smaller than a normal size BUT when I squeezed the ball you can hear and feel the suction much better than the original balls. So I'm giving it a chance ,if it works the way it feels. 5 stars all the way. If it fails wait for my update. I don't like giving a product less than 5 stars unless it really is bad and this one seems cheap but feels really good I will update it if it fails.

I noticed that my pump bulb had gotten hard on my bass boat, I order the 3/8’s hose and pump bulb from Amazon, good price and it works great! David L. Minneola Fl.

Used this one season. The bulb is cheap rubber that rotted out. Probably not even made with material that is for fuel. You may find yourself stranded on the water when this fuel line fails.

Good solid hose and bulb. Hooked it up and down the river with new gas line and bulb. I ordered the in-line filter too. No issues.

Hose is excellent material, the bulb itself dry rotted within 6 months time where the hose connections are. Doesn't seem to be fuel rates rubber at all. Do not advise buying this unless you're just buying it for the hose.
