These are great canvases for a casual painter that just likes to have fun. They are a little bit rough, but not overly so. Overall would recommend and would buy again.

These were great! The quality you would expect from an art store. I donated them to my daughter's school. They were easy to use on easels and the value for the amount you receive cannot be matched

Item arrived as described. Quality is fine should be easily painted on. Budget-friendly. planning on using for a group activity should be fun.

For how cheap these were when I bought them I didn't have high hopes I'll be real. I'm glad to report I was wrong. They aren't the highest quality and they have a few strands dangling off the canvas but snipping it away with sicorrs is fine. They are thin. I used roughly 2-3 coats of gesso just to be sure they can handle mixed medias and I move my pieces around a lot. So far I'm happy to say that I've painted on the smaller and larger ones from this set with no real issues so far.The canvas has been able to handle inks, acrylics, house paint, markers, oil pastels, and just about every but the kitchen sink. The amount of blank canvas you get for the price tag is more than fair in my opinion. These are great for practice or trying something new on little canvases before trying a larger one. I do like the option of sharing them with others to paint with you as well.My suggestion(s) if you happen to have trouble with the taughtness of the canvas lightly spray the back with water and pat it dry with a paper towel. Let it air dry then tap the front of it to test the tension. Once it is at the tension you want you're good to gesso. Found a few of the pieces too loose for my liking so I figured I'd share the top.Never had an issue when using that method but everyone is different and you can use your own decrement. For the loose parts on the back of the canvas. Like the white flap over that's stapled to the wood. I tend to glue mine down with either a glue stick or something stronger & clear after trimming away the frayed edges. Works well so far and not many people see that but it's more for the artists peace of mind. :)Over all I'm happy with the amount of canvases I got for the price. I would recommend getting thesebon on sale. 8/10

I bought them for my mom, and she seems to love them. Plus from what I've seen they're super sturdy.

I ordered these for an art project for our homeschool co-op. I gave them three stars because they are definitely student quality. The majority of them were not taut (the canvas sags or wobble when tapped). However, for the price, they are great for students to practice on. But if you or your students are looking for quality canvases they can sell when finished, this is not what you want.

I have used the 10x10 canvas and am very pleased with it. I like this value pack because you never know what size you will need when a project comes along. I hate running to the hobby store for just one small canvas. This set is very handy to keep on hand.
