- This sewing pattern is for a button-jointed teddy bear which has a finished size of 31cm/12inches when finished.
- SEWING PATTERN INCLUDES: Ready to use pattern pieces (no need to resize), a link to an online photo tutorial with step-by-step photographs, a full list of material requirements, a layout diagram, easy to follow instructions.
RECOMMENDED FABRICS:
You can sew a Memory bear from pre-loved clothing. You can also use quilting cottons and other fun fabrics like Cuddle, minky and even faux/fake fur!
*** For a baby keepsake - you will need at least 6 and 8 items of baby clothes for each memory bear.

Just started getting back into sewing again and wanted to make memory bears. This was fairly easy to make and especially with the link in the instruction book that you can see pictures of what to do. Once I got the hang of it, it was very easy to do ! Great quality

My mom died this past year, which is what prompted me to order this pattern. I haven’t sewn anything outside of my 6th grade home ec class, and I am now 29, which should tell you a lot about my level of experience/learning gap. I did have to watch an unofficial tutorial video before I started so I wouldn’t psych myself out, because the company only offers step by step photos. Search and you can find some more help! I’m really proud of this little dude! Hoping my nephew has many memories with him.

One of the easiest patterns I've ever used for a plush toy. I made mine weighted to match the birth weight of a baby with his baby clothes. I've already ordered 2 more of the Funky Friends patterns.

Instructions are not clear, went to the website and it didn't help. A lot of pieces and placement is not easy.

Product did not arrive on the day promised, which was a problem as I wanted to make this product in time for a gift. Initially I got a message that said UPS unable to deliver and that I would need to drive to a nearby town to pick up my own package. I had not yet figured out where that was when the package arrived in the mail the next day. Delivery instructions were confusing. Once I got the pattern, it was good to use, except one pattern piece was in 2 pieces and you had to tape them together to cut the fabric. I felt that this was unnecessary. The paper on which the pattern was printed was big enough to print the pattern piece in one pattern. Instructions to make the bear are clear.

I wanted some memory bears and thought I'd have a go at making them myself. I haven't used a sewing machine since I was 13/14 yesterday old, so nearly 30 years, and found this such an easy pattern to follow. Ideal for a first timer.
