Upgraded Hydraulic Brake System For Mini Bike Baja Doodlebug DB30 50incch Hose,Hydraulic upgrade from the cable actuated caliper .
A lot more clamping force on the rotor than the old mechanical cable calipers
- This kit is for using on the left of the 7/8" handlebars.
- This kit is directly suitable for DB30 series bikes, only has a rear disc brake
- This can be adapted to other Minibikes/Go Karts, But Brackets need to be fabricated.
- Master cylinder is filled with fluid, But may need to be bled before use.
- When mounting on DB30 Minibikes with disc brakes, you must ensure that the rotor is centered in the caliper for proper operation. Due to manufacturing tolerances in these Minibikes, You may need to adjust the caliper to achieve a proper alignment.

The only thing I can think of that I disliked about them is it takes a little fabrication to get them to install on my CC100X easy walkthrough from black66 on YouTube.

Brake was not bleed prior to shipping. I attempted to bleed the system. The third time tightening the bleeder it stripped out. I purchased this in January but only got my mini bike put together today. This is yet another Amazon purchase that I am not satisfied with. The other is the throttle that sticks and comes apart with out having the fasteners removed. I am going to leave a review on the throttle and then cancel my prime subscription.

I guess I just tightened down too much??... broke the bracket for the screws but managed to super glue it back together. Works great tho, super easy to install. Direct fit for doodlebug minibike

Believe the mount is backwards/reverse what it should be. Doesn’t seem to be any way to ‘flip’ the screw plate to make it fit.Disappointing because quality seems good and solid! (Hence 2 stars)

They where exactly what I was looking forI knew they wouldnt be direct bolt on due to being for doodle bug mini bikes but with a little fabrication skills it’s not hard at all to get them to work..This is my second pair so far and I’m happy with both…I can tell they aren’t the best of quality but they work and def is an upgrade from the mechanical style that came on my bike
