I bought these because the last few years when I go to Michigan to visit family one is burned out, their fixture has 3 lights. The second year another had burned out. One was left. I need light in the bathroom they never replaced the bulbs! So I bought a pack of them and they are very good. To replace them you don't need special gloves to put on. I had a different type of bulb one time and we had to use gloves because of the oil in our hands was not wise to not wear gloves. They gave out great lighting, no flickering. They are efficient and to me very affordable.

These were a perfect fit for my KitchenAid oven. It took a while, though. The owner's manual said that the bulbs should be 12 volts. The only bulbs of that voltage, with that specific mounting base, cost $56 each at an online KitchenAid parts supplier! I'm not paying that. I'll live with a dark oven before I'll pay that for a tiny bulb. But wait! After looking at the burned out bulb (with a magnifier) which I removed from the oven, I discovered that the KitchenAid owner's manual was WRONG. It's not a 12-volt bulb. It's a 120-volt bulb. And that opened up many more choices on Amazon to the get the right bulb. I selected the one which had the most consistent high ratings from customers, and since they come in a multi-pack carton, I'm sure these will last as long as I do. Definitely recommended. By the way, if I had inserted a 12-volt bulb into a socket which was 120-volts, it would have gone "poof" in a split second and would have definitely put on a spectacular fireworks display.

I liked the price. I wanted LED bulbs , but they are longer and would stick out of the fixture.Considering that in the local store they wanted around $9.00 for one, you can't go wrong with this price.The color and intensity matched my other two bulbs.
