This is a great machine to "cake" my yarn for knitting. It does a great job and works fast. I " caked" 6 bundles of yarn in an hour . I love it .

This winder was easy to put together. Worked great for the first few balls, then stopped working. Felt hot. Read directions said to turn off to cool down. Tried again the following day. Would turn on and work in a jerking fashion. Stopping and starting. Left unplugged for a few more days and had same result.
