The straps on sides touch baby’s ears when she jumps and moves and I use a cloth or soft towel to protect her but she hates it when I do that! That horizontal rod is not long enough. Also a crack has appeared on that rubber which binds the horizontal rod with vertical strap! Not the best on market but okay if you want to have it for few weeks/months
