this garden fork is not very sturdy for what it's designed for.I was digging out a plant in the garden with it for about 30 minutes, and then it snapped right at the top of the tines. I am not a big nor strong woman, so it certainly wasn't excessive forceThe metal that the fork is made from looks like an amalgam or composite metal instead of a solid steel, aluminum, or other metal that would bend rather than break. Very brittle, would not use this fork for ACTUAL work.
