Solid brass and went on very snugly. It came with pipe sealing tape as well as extra hose washer and o-rings. Very nice.

the swivel is only on one side the side I didn't need ,, but it still worked out it just doesn't swivel the 90 was important to my application.. the item is made extremely well.

Used this with an air hose reel to adapt to water hose. This has performed perfectly with no leaks or issues. Solid construction.

Bought two of those swivel fittings, they hold for a couple of weeks then they start leaking then the fixed male inlet fitting will snap from the main body. The material is extremely thin. Mine only supported 3 feet of garden hose between the faucet and the hose reel. The hose is 3 months old and still very flexible so no load was applied. I bought the second just to give a second chance thinking that the first one was defective itself. Now they’re selling also the same item under different names but it’s the same defective product, they’re identical

Fixed my hose reel that rusted away on the center pipe connection. Replaced all the pluming with PEX pipe and this brass swivel. Used to leak like crazy! Now I can't tell if the water is even on! Swivel works great and no water at all drips out of it. I have a 100ft hose on it. Wind it up and down. No problem at all. You can put it in your living room, turn it on, and not get anything wet! That’s how good it works!

I purchased this for draining sprinkler system water from inside the house. The drain is actually inside of a wall, between 2x4's, and getting a hose on that drain always made me worry that I'd break something. Now, all I have to do is swivel down this new fitting, drain the water, and swivel the fitting back up, and the access door closes without a problem. Perfect!
